Manage Anxiety: Your Way
Anxiety is one of the most common mental health issues for young people in the UK, and a problem that we see frequently in the young people we work with.
On Manage Anxiety: Your Way we will give you the tools and help you try out a range of techniques to help you manage your own symptoms.
One size does not fit all. Anxiety is different for everyone, but through the programme we will work together as a group to discover ways that really work for you and each other.
There will be some laughs and some big moments, but we will make progress together and find ways to arm you against this most painful of states.
Next Course Starts: every 4 weeks
Duration: 8 weeks (part-time)
Outcome: You will leave the course with a toolkit to help you tackle your own Anxiety
