The job market is competitive. When you’re one of the 1 in 5 young people who is unemployed, it can seem like no one wants you.
Inner Flame offers two programmes for people aged 16-25 in Swindon, Wiltshire.
- The Prince’s Trust Team Programme builds confidence, communicaiton and teamworking skills and prepares you for your next step, whether that’s a job, volunteering, or gaining more qualifications. It runs for 12 weeks full time, three times a year.
- Firework runs on Fridays throughout most of the year. It’s a “success club” for people who really want to find work. It helps you to be clear about what you want, improve your CV and job hunting strategy. It build your confidence in taking action and presenting yourself to employers.
