We plan to recruit two more trustees in the coming weeks to join our "small but perfectly formed" management team.

We’d like to strengthen our team with a trustee who has a background in youth work or education, or who could help us strengthen our links with local government or large businesses.

We will also be recruiting a Youth Trustee, age 16 to 18, who will ensure we continue to be youth led. Working closely with Glenn Bridges, they will have a full role as a charity trustee (hint: major selling point on your CV!), as well as playing a prominent role with our group of Young Leaders.

Trustee meetings are usually every 6-8 weeks and will be in Swindon or North Wiltshire – whatever suits the trustees best.
