We are committed to providing top quality programmes for you. All of our courses have now been adapted so you can carry on online even during a lock-down.

Face – to – face

At Inner Flame we will run courses face-to-face where possible, any programme may move online depending on the current situation.

If you are shielding or would prefer not to attend in person the just let us know and we will work out a solution for you.

Manage Anxiety: Your Way

Anxiety is one of the most common mental health issues for young people in the UK, and a problem that we see frequently in the young people we work with.

We’re are really excited about this Programme which helps you to take control of your own mental health. You’ll put together a Toolkit of methods that work for you and that you can really use in your own life moving forward.  

Achieve

Are you looking to take your first step towards work, further education or volunteering?

The course is active and empowers each  person to build confidence and develop life skills.

It’s a fantastic way to get back to working with others, and as with all our courses, we’ll support you to Achieve.

The Prince’s Trust Team Programme

The Prince’s Trust Team Programme is a 12-week-course for unemployed people between the ages of 16-25.

A hugely powerful Programme; the Team Programme really can change lives! You’ll meet new people and bond as a Team, gain a qualification, take part in challenging activities, work out what you want to do with your life – and plan how to get there!

Return to Face-to-face Learning

We are delighted to be working face-to-face now in bubbles with some continued online participation. We are limiting the number of people in at any one time to ensure social distancing is possible.
