Anxiety

Anxiety is one of the most common mental health issues for young people in the UK, and a problem that we see frequently in the young people we work with.

In response to this, we’ve secured funding to develop three courses to assist these individuals in a very unique way – utilising state of the art virtual reality technology.

The first instalment is a course to provide early interventions to empower participants to understand, manage and cope with anxiety.

By removing anxiety as a barrier to success, our aim is to help these individuals make positive changes in their lives.

In line with the Government closure of Schools and Colleges, we will no longer be delivering Programmes in person at Inner Flame until further notice. However, we are delighted to say that, as we bring the current Team Programme to a close through distance learning, we will be working on future Programmes which can be wholly delivered in this way.

We will be finalising the details over the next couple of weeks, but courses are likely to include our planned Programme to tackle Anxiety and modified Prince's Trust Programmes. You can call us on 07531 473 482 if you need to speak to us.
