Since the outset, Inner Flame has been youth-led. We aim to develop our youth-focused website and Facebook groups into one of the best resources for young people to develop themselves. We are lucky to have a talented group of young volunteers who have worked to develop our online marketing, leaflets and event management. We have two Youth Trustees and are building our “Young Leaders” team of previous course participants, who advise and guide us as well as being our ambassadors.

Inner Flame Office Team
Lizzie Kemp – Administrator
Lizzie joined Inner Flame in February 2011 as our Administrator. She is currently taking a year out of education before going to Chichester University in September to study Music. She is involved in many musical activities playing both the cello and singing.
Madeleine Booth-Howe – Manager
Madeleine, 24 graduated with a Photography degree in 2009. She has since been working in the arts and creative industry, and has recently returned from a trip around South-East Asia. In February this year she started working with Inner Flame as the new manager as part of a Future Jobs Fund placement.
Sophie McDonough – Outreach Worker
Sophie, 18, joined Inner Flame in March as our outreach worker through the Future Jobs Fund. She hopes to use this opportunity as a step towards working in Social Care or youth work.
Young Leaders, Volunteers and Placement Students
Susie Golics
Susie graduated with a 1st in Business and Management from Exeter University. She volunteered for a Summer Placement with us, and ended up being drafted into our first pilot course as a late replacement for a participant! Then Susie stepped forward to join the team in a leadership role as Manager for several months from November 2009.
Rowdy Fabon – Marketing and Events Co-ordinator
Rowdy is studying Marketing, Advertising and Communications at the University of Gloucestershire. We are delighted that he chose Inner Flame for his placement year. Rowdy is taking the lead in developing our online marketing, in particular our Facebook presence and development of the Fire Me Up website. Rowdy will also be getting involved in event management and developing our printed marketing materials.
Hannah Ormsby- Branding and Design.
Hannah is a Bournemouth University graduate, with a degree in Interactive Media Production. She currently works as a freelance digital designer specialising in creative web and identity design, and has taken on the role of brand and image consultant for Inner Flame, designing our marketing material. Aiming to bring life and vibrancy to ever project she works on, Hannah aspires to design and build professional brand identities alongside producing a collection of personal digital painting & illustration. Tom Sherman
Tom is a 21 year old marketing graduate, who is great with words and looking to develop his career in PR. Tom graduated in 2008 and managed to fit in a work placement for us between other roles, designing and writing much of the copy for our first course leaflet, some of the website and press releases. He is currently writing web copy for Dyson, and we hope to persuade him to come back to do some more great work with us when he can fit it in!
