Rhiannon began volunteering with us in 2009, and when she graduated in 2010, with an Upper II.1 in Psychology & Sociology, she became our Manager.
Having overcome considerable challenges while growing up, Rhiannon wanted to use her experience and learning to support other young people face and overcome their difficulties. Rhiannon is still closely involved with Inner Flame, as Course Director on Fire Me Up!
Adrian combines business and financial executive experience with professional coaching to release the energy and potential of executives, rising talent and teams across a range of organisations.
A fully accredited coach with the International Coach Federation and an NLP Business Practitioner, he also uses Clean Language and Relationship Systems approaches to provide a safe and appropriately challenging space for people to gain clarity and confidence in their direction. In addition to corporate and individual coaching, he has been a qualified and active volunteer juniors cricket coach for the past 7 years.
Rachael Ross
Rachael has been coaching leaders and teams for over 20 years. Her core purpose is coaching leaders to make a quantum leap in their leadership capability. She also loves working with young people, coaching them on discovering their own purpose and direction for work and life, and has worked as a volunteer with youth groups for a number of years. She has two teenagers from whom she never stops learning.
Rachael is a member of the International Coach Federation, a certified coach (ICF accredited), and a qualified Master Practitioner in NLP.
Isla Baliszewska
Isla is a qualified (NCFE) and experienced life and performance coach with SFEDI and ILM accreditation, and has been delivering life and success coaching to individuals for a range of issues from low confidence and self-esteem to building a skills base. She is a graduate in Social & Political Sciences and has run her own IT asset management company for many years. She works with GWE Business West as a Business Mentor and with Cirencester College on their Academy program as a mentor to sixth form students, as well as offering talks and workshops to schools and being the ‘coach in residence’ at The Wellbeing Clinic in Marlborough. She coaches young people to find direction and develop independent thinking and has 3 children who keep her curious and fascinated by life’s possibilities and opportunities.”
