David Wreathall (co-founder)
Following a successful 20-year career in marketing, David wanted to do something to make a difference. So, as well as becoming a tutor with the Leadership Trust, he took on professional and voluntary fundraising roles, which led to starting up Inner Flame. His idea was to make training from the professional world available to young people at a crucial time in their development.
“I am passionate about leadership and coaching. By sharing this with young people, we can make a huge difference in helping achieve their potential.”
Glenn Bridges (co-founder and trustee)
Glenn set up Inner Flame with David at the age of 18. Now 20, he has become a Youth Trustee. His “day job” is Development Manager for The Platform, Swindon’s new flagship youth centre. Glenn’s own experience of growing through childhood and adolescence have helped him to understand the needs of young people and how they can be supported through these often difficult years. Filled with gratitude to all those influential souls around him, it is Glenn’s mission with Inner Flame to pay it forward. He hopes you will do the same.
“I want Inner Flame to inspire young people to find and follow their passion”
