David Wreathall (co-founder)
Following a successful 20-year career in marketing, David wanted to do something to make a difference. So, as well as becoming a facilitator with the Leadership Trust, he took on professional and voluntary fundraising roles, which led to starting up Inner Flame. His idea was to make training from the professional world available to young people at a crucial time in their development.
“I am passionate about leadership and coaching. By sharing this with young people, we can make a huge difference in helping achieve their potential.”
Glenn Bridges (co-founder)
Glenn set up Inner Flame with David at the age of 18. Glenn’s own experience of growing through childhood and adolescence have helped him to understand the needs of young people and how they can be supported through thesee often difficult years. Filled with gratitude to all those influential souls around him, it is Glenn’s mission with Inner Flame to pay it forward. He hopes you will do the same.
“I want Inner Flame to inspire young people to find and follow their passion”

TeeJay is Chair of Trustees and is involved in designing and delivering our courses and workshops as a lead trainer.
